C'Mon Betty's founding principle is to fight food waste. All fresh produce used to make our products are sourced from local farmers who have overstock or "ugly" fruit that would otherwise go unsold. As well as restaurants, grocery stores, and food banks who have perfectly good leftover produce that would otherwise go in the landfill. We also champion underutilized parts of the fruits and vegetables that are perfectly edible, but aren't as popular and often get discarded (such as watermelon rinds).
